Expected Output: Initial three-year outcomes for each Priority Team, including the scope of work, target populations, representation gaps, and follow-up assignments.
Meeting 2, November 4:
Understand the Current System
Expected Output: An assessment of existing programs, resources, partnerships, and infrastructure, identifying strengths, gaps, barriers, and additional research needs.
Meeting 3, November 18:
Determine What It Takes
Expected Output: Proposed strategies, quality expectations, implementation supports, and infrastructure needed to achieve each team's three-year outcomes.
Meeting 4, December 2:
Determine Scale and Resources
Expected Output: Preliminary scale assumptions, resource requirements, cost categories, existing funding opportunities, and investment gaps.
Meeting 5, December 16:
Recommend the Portfolio
Expected Output: Priority Investment Briefs outlining recommended actions, implementation considerations, performance measures, resource needs, and next steps to inform the county-wide Community Investment Framework.
